Straight teeth ratios for Vespa Smallframe and ape 50 Crown Z 67 configurable with sprocket Z 28 - 29 The construction of the teeth is made with a hob tool module 1.5 with relative corrections for the sprockets added to the original pair.The width of the tooth has been enlarged (mm 1 towards the inside) to have greater resistance without compromising smoothness. The spring seats have been revised to use square wire springs. The larger stroke of the cotter guard protects the gearbox and crossplane. There is a roller bearing in the centre on the most stressed part and a guide bushing on the tang. This solution allows the bell to be compatible with the original start-up gears.gears are supplied with TOP cogwheel basket (balanced object) and bevel pinion. It is possible to configure the gear ratio to suit your requirements.
